About Goodwind

One senior operator owns the engagement.

Goodwind is a working collective model in its founding-client phase. The promise is accountability first, then the right specialist when the work calls for one.

Dmitri Sunshine

Founder and Lead Operator

I built and bootstrapped an ERP SaaS company starting in 2007, which put me inside the place where sales promises meet operational reality.

I have spent most of my working life diagnosing the gaps between what a business says, what the team can actually support, and what the customer experiences when nobody owns the whole path.

Goodwind brings that operator's view into a contained first engagement. I stay accountable to the owner, then bring in the smallest specialist team required to finish the work.

What Goodwind is today

A working brand operated by Sage Solutions LLC.

Goodwind is in its founding-client phase. Dmitri's operating, software, CRM, and resilience experience is established, while the Goodwind brand and collective structure are being proven through the first engagements.

The model is deliberately contained. Goodwind does not present a large established roster, broad member network, or passive-income program.

How the collective works

The bench forms around real work.

Goodwind brings in senior specialists for defined assignments. The owner knows who is involved, why they are involved, and what they are responsible for.

Specialists vary by assignment. Dmitri remains accountable for the client relationship, scope, quality review, and handoff.

Operating principle

Smallest specialist team required.

The collective model exists so the owner does not have to choose between a solo generalist and a large agency handoff.

One operator sees the whole path. A specialist joins only when the work calls for that depth.

A short owner conversation is enough to see whether there is a useful first layer we can complete. When there is no clear fit, we will say so.
