FAQ
Straight answers before the conversation.
The important questions are practical: what gets completed, who owns the engagement, what the owner needs to provide, and how referrals work.
Owners
Questions owners usually ask.
What does Goodwind Collective actually do?
Goodwind helps owner-led businesses improve the path from first impression to the next real customer conversation. We look at how the business is explained, what proof is visible, what happens on the website, and how inquiries or past opportunities are followed up. Then we complete the first useful layer rather than handing the owner a report to implement alone.
What is the Founding Proof-to-Revenue Sprint?
It is a ten-business-day implementation engagement for an owner-led business with a visible opportunity across story, customer proof, conversion, follow-up, measurement, or account ownership. The founding price is $2,500 total, with $2,000 paid to begin and $500 due when the agreed work is live.
What will actually be completed in ten business days?
The exact scope is agreed after the owner conversation. A sprint may include an owner-story interview, clearer positioning, review-process improvements, one website or conversion change, one follow-up workflow, a basic measurement baseline, and a short ownership or resilience check. The sprint will not contain every possible item. We select the small set which can be fully completed and handed over at the founding price.
Is this a website package?
A website improvement may be part of the sprint, but the engagement starts with the customer path rather than a predetermined website deliverable. Sometimes the highest-value first fix is clearer positioning. Sometimes it is a form, follow-up process, review system, CRM workflow, or account-ownership issue. A full website rebuild receives a separate scope.
Is Goodwind a marketing agency?
Goodwind works across marketing, sales follow-through, operations, and technology when those areas affect the same customer path. Dmitri owns the engagement as a senior operator. Specialists enter for defined work. The client receives completed implementation and clear ownership rather than a large menu of ongoing agency services.
Who performs the work?
Dmitri Sunshine leads the first engagements, owns the diagnosis and scope, communicates with the owner, and performs final quality review. A specialist may join for interviewing, design, photography, video, web implementation, CRM, automation, sales follow-up, or another defined workstream. You will know who is involved and why.
Is Goodwind an established company or a new experiment?
Goodwind is a working collective brand operated by Sage Solutions LLC. The model is in its founding-client phase. Dmitri's operating, software, CRM, and resilience experience is established, while the Goodwind brand and collective structure are being proven through the first engagements. The founding price reflects that reality.
What do you need from me?
Plan on approximately two hours of owner time across the engagement. You will need to provide timely access to the agreed accounts, answer focused questions, review drafts, and approve the work which is ready to go live. The ten-business-day clock depends on receiving required access and approvals.
Who owns the website, accounts, content, and systems after the sprint?
The client should own the core business accounts and completed client-specific assets, subject to the written statement of work and any licensed third-party tools. Goodwind documents ownership and avoids leaving essential access inside a contractor's personal account.
Do you guarantee leads, appointments, rankings, or revenue?
No. Goodwind guarantees the agreed implementation commitment, not a market result which depends on customer demand, competition, pricing, staff response, and other factors outside the engagement. If the agreed work is not live within ten business days after required access and approvals are provided, the remaining $500 completion payment is waived and Goodwind continues until the agreed first layer is complete.
Can you work outside Colorado?
Yes, when the work can be completed remotely or supported by a trusted local specialist. Boulder County and the practical Denver Metro are the first focus because local proximity can make owner access and implementation faster. A strong introduction can replace geography.
Connectors
Questions before you introduce someone.
What is a Founding Connector?
A Founding Connector knows an owner, believes the business may fit, makes a genuine three-way introduction, and shares brief context about the relationship. The connector does not have to sell, scope, manage, or deliver the engagement.
What counts as a qualified introduction?
A qualified introduction includes a real owner or day-to-day decision-maker, a business which broadly fits the owner-led profile, a clear reason the business may benefit, permission to connect the parties, and a genuine three-way message or conversation.
How are Founding Connectors paid?
The working compensation is 10% of collected client service revenue during the first six months, capped at $3,000 per referred client. Payment is made after client funds clear and according to the written agreement. Existing opportunities, duplicate referrals, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, pass-through expenses, and regulated-industry restrictions should be addressed in that agreement.
Can I remain involved after the introduction?
Yes, when the owner wants that and your involvement helps the conversation. A connector who begins qualifying, shaping, or helping close the engagement may move into a Sales Partner role with different compensation agreed before the close.
Can I call myself a Goodwind partner publicly?
Only after the role and brand usage are agreed in writing. During the early phase, use the specific role which has been approved, such as Founding Connector, Sales Partner, or Delivery Partner. Do not imply ownership, employment, authority to bind Goodwind, or a permanent partnership.

A short owner conversation is enough to see whether there is a useful first layer we can complete. When there is no clear fit, we will say so.
