Site purpose

This website provides information about Goodwind Collective and allows owners and connectors to request a conversation or submit information.

No engagement until signed

Using the site, booking a meeting, or submitting a form does not create a client, contractor, referral, partnership, employment, or membership relationship.

Client work begins under a signed agreement and Statement of Work. Contractor work begins under a signed contractor agreement and Work Order. Compensated referrals require a signed referral agreement and written acceptance.

Information and results

Website information is general and may change. Goodwind does not guarantee leads, rankings, appointments, customer behavior, revenue, or a particular business result through the website.

Site content

Unless otherwise stated, the site copy, design, and original materials are owned by Sage Solutions LLC or used with permission. You may view and share a link to the site. Do not copy or republish substantial materials as your own.

Submissions

Provide information which you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary forms.

Submitting information does not require Goodwind to accept an engagement or opportunity.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party scheduling, form, analytics, payment, hosting, and communication services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their systems.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Availability

Goodwind may change, suspend, or remove site content and features. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation.
